In-form Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette could leave the Ligue 1 leaders this summer amid interest from Arsenal and Liverpool, according to French football expert Julien Laurens.
The 23-year-old has emerged as one of European football’s hottest forwards this season, banging an incredible 24 goals in 24 outings.
Such form has, naturally, led to talk of a move away from the Stade Gerland, with both Liverpool and Arsenal believed to be keen on the pacey marksman.

And Laurens – who features on BT Sports’ European football show and is known for his knowledge of Ligue 1 – thinks he could leave Lyon if they clinch the title this season:
“I think if Lyon win the league, he will go,” he told The Sport Review.
“If they qualify for the Champions league by finishing second or third I think he might give it another year.
“I think he has always wanted to be at the top level and play in the Champions League with his home club.”
However, Laurens is not sure that Lacazette is quite ready to a top four Premier League club just yet, with the Bundesliga more suited to his skill set:
“It’s his first really big season and I’m just not sure if he is good enough already for a top-four club in England,” he said.
“I think the Bundesliga will suit him more than any other league.
“I really believe he would do well in the Bundesliga but I think he prefers England and he might try come over here.
“I think Brendan Rodgers really likes him.
“Rodgers likes those types of players that can play anywhere up front and with a lot of movement, so I think he could eventually fit in well there.
“But as I said, I’m just not sure if he is ready for that just yet.”
Lacazette has represented France on five occasions after making his Les Bleus debut in 2013.
